Got my first p6 HNO 154N a 3500 auto last week and i'm in awe of the car, a fantastic driving experience, my parents had the 2000 tc version when we were kids so ive always wanted one, now i have one i cant stop grinning.

Ich habe in den jahren 1984-ca.1988 einen P6 3500 Automatic ca. Bj 1975? besessen mit einem Stoffschiebedach. Das Auto hat mir viel Freude beim Fahren und auf Reisen gemacht obwohl es vielerlei techn. Probleme mit Elektrik und Benzinversorgung gemacht hat. Leider ist er mir dann zusammengerostet wurde aber noch als ersatzteilträger verwertet. Ich habe aus Nostalgie diese Seiten gefunden und bin am überlegen mir wieder einen anzuschaffen.

Hallo hierher von einem langsam immer begeisterter werdenden Fern-Fan. Ich habe mich, ähnlich wie Herr Wicke, schon als Junge für dieses Auto begeistert.

Ich hätte gerne, um meinem Traumauto etwas näher zu kommen einmal einen P6 aus der Nähe gesehen, angefasst und darin Platz genommen – eine spannende Sache, denn ich bin über 1.90 groß. Erst dann werde ich entscheiden können, wieweit ich diesem Traum folgen möchte. Sollte es also in Nürnberg und Umgebung einen Owner geben, der bereit wäre, mir zu sagen wann und wo ich seinen/einen P6 sehen kann, wäre das eine große Freude.

I really enjoy looking through your web site. Great to see so many Rovers alive and well all over the world.
I have a 1971 Rover P6 auto (2000 SC) in Mexico brown which I use to drive to work every day. A round trip of 40 miles (64km) which she does in comfort and style!

Hallo, an alle Rover p6 Fahrer!
Ich bin leider nicht im Besitz eines p6, aber ich habe 1976 bei British Leyland gelehrnt und auch einiges mit dem Rover zu tun gehabt.Hauptsächlich hatte ich mit Jaguar zu tun, da wir 2 Meister hatten und einen der nur Rover p6 repariert hat.Bei uns in Hamburg sind damals leider schon sehr viele auf dem Schrott gelandet, da sie schon zu starke Durchrostungen hatten.Besonders erinnern kann ich mich aber noch an einen p6 von einem Kunden, einen grünen 2000 oder 2200 TC von einem Herrn Dr Fligge,das Auto war immer wie aus dem Laden und durfte nur mit Samthandschuhen angefasst werden.So nun wünsche ich allen p6 Fahrern noch allzeit gute Fahrt

I was given your name by a Rover colleague, and have just rejoined the p6roc. My recent purchase of an Owen Estoura, Reg no SYF 432 N, is shown on your site. I will look at the site in more detail in due course. Is there any group of Estoura owners in the UK?. I live in the South West of the country and would be pleased to arrange something in this rather beautiful area. I have some knowledge of Rover Company matters having worked for the Company at Solihull from the late1950s when p4, p5 and p6 cars were in production.

My 1976 'Bitter Apricot' P6B brought me many years of pleasure and pain thoughout its upkeep and partial restoration! I would love to find the car to see what came of it. Australia IUT 351 Vic.

 

Just bought my 1971 P6 2000 (with a 2200 engine). Doing lots of research into the type & came across this interesting site!

 

I sent VINs of my 3 P6s to you more than 7 years ago and now need to retrieve them in order to document ownership for recycling my 2 parts Rovers.
